Our kombucha is brewed in small batches and every batch is brewed with excellence and integrity with an emphasis on traditional, old-timey flavors. All flavors are bottle conditioned making sure the taste and carbonation is long lasting, consistent and savory in every batch. We brew with organic black tea as well as other teas for seasonal and experimental flavors. We use whole, raw fruit, veggies and herbs that are juiced or soaked, never using juices from concentrate or chemical additives. Our kombucha is raw, unfiltered, untampered and fully alive, making it a rich source of probiotics, enzymes and nutrients.
