Q: How does it work?
Our Culinary team creates a weekly menu package to be delivered to you. Your weekly package consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner for 5 days (15 meals total). You may also choose your meals individually.
Each meal comes in a pre portioned microwave safe container. All you do is heat and eat! 
Q: Is my99protein a subscription meal service?
No. You're never locked into a commitment or subscription. We will not deliver anything to you that you do not order.
Q: What if I want a weekly subscription?

Q: How do I order/receive my meals?
You must create an account to order a meal package. Having a username and password will make your future purchases seamless and will allow us to capture a snapshot of your nutrition profile.  It's also an excellent way for you to track your order history. If you are in the KC metro area, as long as you order by 5:00 PM on Friday, your meals are delivered to your doorstep on Saturday morning. If you are outside the KC metro area please use our shipping page to order meals which will be express shipped to your front door.
Q: Do I get to choose my meals?
If you don't want to purchase a weekly plan, you may choose your meals individually through our “choose your meals” section. There is a $50 minimum order when using this service.
Q: Does the menu ever change?
The menu changes weekly and seasonally. 
Q: How long will my meals stay fresh?
Our meals are always delivered fresh (never frozen) in an insulated cooler with a very large ice pack. Shipped meals are will arrive in a special insullated box liner with ice packs. We guarantee freshness of our meals for five (5) days once they are delivered.
Q: What are the price ranges of the meals?
The price of your meals can range anywhere between $7 and $9 but the 5 Day Meal Plan is the best value per meal.
Q: Where is delivery available?
We deliver to the Kansas City Metro area. This includes but is not limited to North KC, Liberty, Independence, Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, Belton, Raytown, Raymore, Pleasant Hill, Grandview, Leawood, Prairie Village, Mission, Roeland Park, Merriam, Shawnee, Lenexa, Olathe, KCK and Overland Park. We can also ship anywhere in Kansas and Missouri. If you are unsure if we deliver in your area contact us.
Q: How much does delivery cost?
The delivery fee for all KC Metro deliveries is $19.99. Shipping cost $29.99 per box (15 meals).
Q: Can I pick up my order?
Yes! You may pick up your order every Friday 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. In the "notes" section at check out, please note "pick up". Your delivery fee will be refunded when you arrive to pick up your order.
Q: How long does it take for you to deliver my meals after payment?
As long as you order by noon on Thursday, your meals are delivered on Saturday morning. Shipped meals should arrive within 2 days. 
Q: How are my meals delivered?
Your meals are delivered in our custom insulated tote with a 36 ounce frozen foam brick. Meals should stay fresh for several hours depending on the outdoor temperature. Shipped meals arrive in a custom carboard box with and insullated liner and ice packs. 
Q: Do I have to be home to accept my delivery?
No. Our delivery staff will make every effort to physically hand off your meals. If you are not home or cannot answer your door, your delivery driver will leave your meals on your doorstep and send you a text message to let you know your meals have been delivered. 
Q: Are your packaging materials Recyclable? 
Our containers are 100% recyclable. Please leave your bags and ice pack out on your doorstep and we will pick them up on Saturday when we deliver your new meals.
Q: How do I apply a promo code?
Promo codes may be applied at checkout. Type the code in the "Discount" section and click apply. Your new total will be shown. 
Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time. A store credit will be issued for a future purchase. Just contact us via call, text or email.
Q: Do you have dairy free meals? 
Yes. If you are sensitive to dairy, simply note "no dairy" in the special instructions section at checkout. Any meals that contain dairy will not be included in your order. Please note that you may receive duplicate meals. You may also chose your meals individually through the "choose your meals" section.
Q: Do you have gluten sensitive meals?
Yes. If you are sensitive to gluten, simply note "no gluten" in the special instructions section at checkout. Please note that you may receive duplicate meals. You may also chose your meals individually through the "choose your meals" section.

Q: What do I do if I have food allergies?

Q: How long should I heat up my meal?
It depends on the size/power of your microwave. Typically, 2 to 3 minutes is plenty of time.
Q: What is the shelf life of a my99protein meal?
Our custom meal containers are designed to lock out air and moisture but we recommend consuming your meals within 5 days of delivery.
Q: I’m a business owner/personal trainer/etc., can I carry your meals in my store?
We are a direct to consumer business. However, you may reach out to us to discuss a partnership. We love supporting other local businesses.
